Fleetpro’s Fleet Maintenance Audit services include: vehicle inspections, maintenance record reviews as well as facility and safety audits of  shop facilities and maintenance personnel.  Maintenance Audits enable fleet owners and managers to quantify their individual, vehicle and facility inspection results and their overall maintenance and repair performance. 

Vehicle Inspection Audits

Fleetpro delivers all inspection services on-site, at the customer’s location, using trained inspection technicians. Mobile on-site inspection units provide efficient and safe handling of supply products and tools. Each vehicle selected for the vehicle maintenance compliance review is audited for proper PM intervals.

The vehicle inspection audits include the following elements:

Vehicle File Review

During each fleet maintenance compliance review, Fleetpro summarizes each vehicle’s compliance with the following items:

  • Daily Vehicle Inspection reports performance and reporting
  • Defects / pending actions are being repaired
  • Use of qualified technicians
  • Inventories and parts used coincide with history files

Shop Safety Review

Fleetpro conducts facility inspections of garage facilities to determine if safety OSHA and customer specific policy requirements are being followed. All reviews include the following:

  • Material Safety Data Sheets
  • All hazardous waste regulations being followed
  • Fuel tank areas properly marked and free of debris
  • Fuel dispensers secured and safety features operating
  • Walkways and paths of travel properly marked and free of debris
  • Tires and wheels stored and secured
  • Vehicle batteries stored safely and discarded by law
  • Vehicle lifts are being properly operated
  • All shop machinery stored properly, regularly inspected and operated safely
  • Eye wash stations operational and first aid kits fully stocked and accessible
