Thomas Farcosky
President and Founder

A visionary leader, Tom Farcosky, brings an extensive background of technical support, sales, product development, marketing and management experience. Mr. Farcosky’s strong working knowledge of computers and communication systems are a key component in providing relevant solutions for fleet operational performance excellence.

Matt Farcosky
Vice President of Operations

Matt Farcosky manages three fleet maintenance operations, servicing over 10,000 vehicles operated by over 100 customers in a 4 state region. Matt’s education includes a bachelor’s in Finance/Management from Towson University; eight Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications, making him a Master Technician in Medium/Heavy trucks; and, inspector certifications in seven Code of Maryland and Federal Highway Administration sets of highway safety regulations. Nationally, Matt was recognized by the 37,000 member American Trucking Association’s (ATA) Truck Maintenance Council (TMC) by being selected as one of the twenty Leaders of Tomorrow.

Tom Kilchenstein
National Technical Specialist

For over 30 years, TK has been a noteworthy leader at Fleetpro. TK is responsible for the OEM maintenance schedule, SQL Database and the management of all IT needs for transit buses. TK attended North American Transportation Management Institute at the University of Central Florida where he earned his Director of Maintenance/Equipment certification. TK’s education also includes forty Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications; and, inspector certifications in both Code of Maryland and Federal Highway Administration sets of highway safety regulations. His specialties include cellular communication, Wi-Fi communication, security camera systems, passenger communication systems, vehicle telematics, and on board diagnostics.

Heike Pilon
Controller

Heike Pilon is an experienced financial leader with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, domestic and global financial accounting and internal audit, with demonstrated ability to create strategic alliances with organization leaders to reduce risk and improve financial reporting, controls and operational effectiveness. Heike’s specialties include controllership, optimizing internal controls, enterprise risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and strategic planning.

Kristen Henschel
Human Resources and Compliance Manager

Kristen Henschel is Fleetpro’s HR and Compliance Manager, bringing years of diverse human resources and strategic planning experience to the team. Kristen provides guidance on human resources compliance issues as well as manages the entire HR function, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, performance management and training and development. Kristen’s specialties include policy development, performance management, training, employee relations, benefits administration and organizational development.

David Brown
Branch Manager

David Brown manages the Baltimore branch and is responsible for the On-Site Preventative Maintenance and Inspection crews. Along with managing the Baltimore crews, David helps maintain relationships with Fleetpro’s customers and vendors.

John Laubach
Assistant Branch Manager

John Laubach oversees the scheduling, dispatching and work performance of the Baltimore On-Site Preventative Maintenance crews. John is responsible for reviewing the work quality, efficiency and accuracy of the Foreman and Technicians. In addition to his primary job functions, John helps maintain relationships with Fleetpro’s customers.

Bill Neilson
Branch Manager-DC

Bill Neilson manages the Washington DC branch and is responsible for the On-Site Preventative Maintenance and Inspection crew, customer relations and employee development. Bill has over 30 years of experience in fleet and project management. He is ASE certified and factory trained by Ford, International Trucks, Cummins and Caterpiller. Bill is a huge Redskins fan and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.

John Spears
Lead Mechanic

John Spears is the Lead Mechanic at Fleetpro’s Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport location where he responsible for managing the team of mechanics and service bus technicians. Along with his management responsibilities, John also repairs Diesel and CNG buses.  John has over 22 years of experience working with Class 8 vehicles including transit buses and is OEM trained in three platforms.  John specializes in engine rebuilding, electrical trouble shooting, welding and metal fabrication.

Jenn Rukat
Business Development and Data Manager

Jenn Rukat is an experienced Business Development and Data Manager who is responsible for all aspects of the sales pipeline. Jenn is responsible for identifying leads, price analyzation, generating quotes, setting up new accounts and managing opportunities in the CRM system. Jenn’s education includes a bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Advertising from West Virginia University, and, a master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
