Elkridge, MD. (October 26, 2020) Fleetpro, Inc., a Maryland-based, family-owned and operated On-Site Preventive Maintenance Provider for Fleets of Trucks, Automotive, Bus, and Equipment, is pleased to announce the hire of Paul Waters as its new Baltimore Branch Manager.
Waters brings more than 25 years of experience in Branch and Regional management. In his new role, he will oversee Fleetpro’s Baltimore region service delivery operations, vendor relations, and human resource management. Waters will be focused continuing to deliver safety, quality, and top-notch customer service for customers in the Baltimore region.
Regarding his new role as Baltimore Branch Manager, Waters said:

This is a growth oriented business with a focus on their employees, providing training and career ladders in the often overlooked field of Preventive Maintenance and Inspection.”
Prior to his role at Fleetpro, Inc., Waters was the District Manager of Badger Daylighting Corp, where his responsibilities included managing the multi-state Hydro Vac Excavation operation, while maintaining and excellent safety and quality record with a focus on personnel development. Additional experience includes his position as Maryland Sales Territory Manager at Kaeser Compressors where he was responsible for managing the service and sales operation for the leading industrial air compressor manufacturer. Waters also has extensive experience in the Heavy Equipment Rental industry, with a focus on PM Currency, providing service and maintenance operations for over $260mm in assets, and opening branches in new territories.
A Baltimore County native, Waters is a graduate of Salisbury University. He currently resides in Baltimore County. Paul’s interests include spending time with his family and spending time outdoors.
